The Barlean's family developed a new type of press that treated the flaxseed more gently and pressed it without heat. The result is a smaller yield of oil from each pressing with a flavor that is superior to anything else on the market.

Ingredients:

Organic flaxseed oil.

1-2 Tbsp daily. Can be taken straight or mixed into salad dressings, yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese or blended beverages. Refrigerate for quality.
