Adults: Take 2 capsules, once daily with food. Ensure fluid intake is maintained. Duration of Use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days. Occasional use only for heartburn/excess stomach acid, gastric headaches and dyspepsia.

Do not use if you have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease (e.g. Crohn's disease or Ulcerative Colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea. Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine because the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
