Ingredients:

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Magnesium (as magnesium citrate), Zinc (as zinc picolinate), Melatonin, Cellulose, cellulose (capsule shell), rice bran extract, silica, vegetable glaze, sunflower oil.

Directions: Adults take one (1) capsule one half hour before bedtime. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
