After playing sports, exercising, or performing any strenuous activities, you may feel tired, sore, or find that certain muscles, joints and tissues require recovery time. Restore Activ contains a balanced and potent blend of serrapeptase, nattokinase, bromelain, papain, among other beneficial enzymes to support speedy tissue and muscle restoration. Take 2 capsules when you wake up and 2 capsules before bedtime, on an empty stomach with a large glass of water.
