Ingredients:

Organic Elderberry Fruit, Wildcrafted Elderberry Flower, Selectively Imported Pelargonium Sidoides Root (Umckaloabo). Deionized Water.

1 to 2 capsules, 1-3 times per day, or as needed or as directed by a health care practitioner
