Eyebright is indicated for hayfever and allergies. It may reduce histamine reactions. It may be used for respiratory congestion, sinus infections, allergic conjunctivitis and allergenic ear infections. Eyebright may calm down environmental allergies where one reacts to many items in the environment. Use it as a tonic over 1-2 months for it to work.

Ingredients :

Shake well before using: 30 drops in water or juice, 1-3 times daily, or as needed, or as directed by a health care professional.
