Ingredients:

Purified Water, Terrahydrite (Aqueous humic substances), less than 1% mineral amino acid complexes.

With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely 2-3 times. Repeat for other nostril. Use as needed. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.
