Inulin (from Jerusalem artichoke), Kombucha powder (fermented tea leaf), Apple cider vinegar powder, Green tea leaf extract, Probiotic Blend: MuniSporeTM Bacillus clausii CS108, Bacillus subtilis DE111. Other Ingredients: Cane sugar, citric acid, natural flavors, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, malic acid, stevia leaf extract, silica.

Adults mix entire contents of 1 packet with 8 oz. of water and stir thoroughly.
