Worked great for me. Helped in healing my shoulder along with stretching, exercise and taking Ayurvedic Boswellia. Doctors said I would need surgery. NO. If your interested in long term benefits and preserving what you have in your joints I recommend this product highly. Even if you have no injury, its a great thing to do for yourself. Beats having to possibly have replacement surgery later. My x-ray showed calcification deposits. I did not injure it, this problem just showed up one day. I could not sleep, had nerve pinched could not do anything normally. It was horrible. I was having to use ice packs twice a day. It was no minor thing and it went on for over 6 months intense pain without taking some kind of OC inflammatory. The inflammation was causing the pain and the healing was caused by this product, which as you know eliminates the pain because the problem is solved. Its not going to happen over night, do not expect that. Be persistent and stretch!

these pills are great. I have knee problems with the cartilage and ligaments hurting. it's called a maniscus and acl tear. most people have surgery and get it fixed but alot of people I talk to say it isn't worth it I've had this problem for over 8 years and have stayed on supplements to help with the pain management and hopefully some regrowth. I was still having some pain and discomfort but once I started taking this pill like almost a year ago an I keep coming back to it because it helps with joint support and I'm staying faithful to take them.
