Ingredients:

Proprietary Blend Aloe ferox (latex); Buckthorn (bark); Cascara Sagrada extract (cortex); Fennel (seed), OTHER INGREDIENTS: Plant-derived capsule, Cellulose, Magnesium stearate

Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults & children age 15 years and over: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period. Not recommended for children under 15 years of age. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.
