Ingredients:

Glucomannan (from Amorphophallus konjac) (root) 1.995 g. Other ingredients: Plant-Derived Capsule (Hypromellose), Magnesium Stearate. Contains sulfites.

Adults take 3 capsules with at least 8 oz. (a full glass) of water or other liquid approximately 20 minutes before mealtime. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
