I take this product for my left shoulder. I was in a motorcycle accident in 2003 and damaged my shoulder socket. Over time more inflammation and calcification built up. In 2008 I was told I needed a full shoulder replacement. I did not get one but endured countless days of agony. Especially during sharp changes in weather such as a cold front or tropical storm. I have been taking this product for several years. I have tried others but to no avail in pain relief. You have to take it for several days to properly saturate your system. It has reduced the pain in my shoulder about 90%. Oh I have forgotten to reorder and stop taking it for the terrible pain to show back up within about 48 hours. It is also suppose to be good for heart and general inflammation. I have to take it to function. It also helps my back and other joints (3 joint replacements). Good luck in finding what is right for you.

I know it is a little more pricey but in our 20 year opinion of using Nordic Naturals, it is worth every penny. Nowadays it is so important to pay attention to the supplements you put in your body. We have a good friend who is a chemist in the supplement industry and he said Nordic Naturals is the real deal. He feels they are one of the best in the industry. We are fans!

I have Lupus. So I live with pain and inflammation. Fish oil really helps along with other herbs and CBC oil. But I feel way worse when not taking fish oil too. This is the best I have ever tried for over all pain relief and helps lower my triglycerides. Best of all the ONLY fish oil that gives no after taste or fish burps 😊
