Ingredients:

Vitamin C (from Ascorbyl Palmitate), Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol)(from Lanolin), Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-4)(MK-4). Other Ingredients: Rice Flour, Cellulose (capsule) and Silica.

Take one capsule 1 to 2 times daily with food. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
