Organic Milky Oat tops (Avena sativa), organic Passionflower aerials (Passiflora incarnata), organic St. John's Wort aerials (Hypericum perforatum), organic Motherwort aerials (Leonurus cardiaca), organic Scullcap aerials (Scutellaria lateriflora), Spikenard root (Aralia racemosa), vegetable glycerine, Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, & organic gluten-free alcohol.

For immediate support: 3mL in water; repeat as needed. For longer term support: 3mL 2-4 times per day. Limit to: 10 servings per day.
