A favorite of travelers, it governs the body's circadian rhythms. Melatonin is also a potent antioxidant. Melatonin is produced by the pineal gland, located within the brain. Levels of melatonin in the body fluctuate with the cycles of night and day. The highest melatonin levels are found at night. Melatonin is present in foods only in trace amounts.

Ingredients:

Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl), Melatonin. Other Ingredients: purified water, vegetable glycerine, natural orange flavor, soy lecithin, lauric arginate, and potassium benzoate.

1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approximately 1.5 mg of melatonin. Spray liquid under the tongue, allow to remain for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing. Do not take more than 3 full sprays unless recommended by your physician. Shake well before using.
