Shark Cartilage, Chondroitin sulfate. Other ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide

Adults take 4 capsules three times a day with meals and a glass (8 fl oz) of water. Must be taken regularly. Take a few hours before or after other medications. 3 bottles are needed to take 12 capsules per day for 2-3 weeks.
