Brassica All Natural Chinese Sencha Green Tea with truebroc Orange is made with gourmet Chinese Sencha tea. Each tea bag contains 15 mgs of truebroc and is individually foil-wrapped to protect the truebroc and freshness of the tea. When brewed, a cup of tea gives you the same amount of glucoraphanin that you would consume if you were to eat 5 ounces of average adult broccoli.

Ingredients:

ChineseSencha green tea, orange peel, safflower petals, natural flavorings, 15 mg of glucoraphanin from broccoli seeds. This tea contains 20 mg of caffeine per 6 oz serving. This product is gluten free and kosher.

Bring fresh, cold water to a rapid boil. Pour water over your tea bag, using one bag for each cup. Steep 3 to 5 minutes according to your taste. Steep for at least 2 minutes to allow the glucoraphanin to fully dissolve.
