Nettles*, Echinacea,* Orange Peel*, Rose Hips*, Elderflower*, Dandelion Leaves*, Red Clover Blossoms*, Burdock Root*, Cloves*. *Certified Organic

Delicious hot or iced. Place a tea bag in your favorite tea cup & pour 8oz boiling water. The volatile oils evaporate quickly so cover w/ a saucer or lid. Steep 5-10 minutes & up to 20 mins for a more complex flavor profile. For maximum benefit of the herbs, keep the tea bag in the cup while drinking.
