Certified Organic Lemongrass Leaf, Lemon Balm Leaf, Lemon Verbena Leaf, Oats And Oatstraw.

Place a tea bag in your favorite tea cup & pour 8oz boiling water. The volatile oils evaporate quickly so cover w/ a saucer or lid. Steep 5-10 minutes & up to 20 mins for a more complex flavor profile. For maximum benefit of the herbs, keep the tea bag in the cup while drinking.
