Ingredients:

Propretary extract blend: Cramp Bark bark, Corydalis tuber, Jamaica Dogwood bark, Black Cohosh rhizome with rootlet, Wild Yam rhizome, Ginger rhizome. Other Ingredients: Certified organic cane alcohol, distilled water & certified organic vegetable glycerin. Gluten free.

Shake well before using. Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 ounces of water or juice, 2-5 times per day. Each serving may be increased to 2 full squeezes of the dropper bulb if desired. Best taken between meals.
