Ingredients:

Vitamin C, Manganese, Sodium, Potassium, Glucosamine Sulfate (from 2,000 mg of glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride), Chondroitin Sulfate Complex (standardized to 90% chondroitin sulfate), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). Other ingredients: Capsules (gelatin, water), magnesium stearate, silica and cellulose. Contains shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster, crayfish).

As a dietary supplement, adults take four (4) capsules daily at mealtime, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.
