Ingredients:

Zinc (as Zinc L-Methionine Sulfate), Copper (as Gluconate). Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.

Adults take 1 capsule once a day or every other day, with a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
