Ingredients:
S-Adenosyl-Methionine 200 mg. Other Ingredients: cellulose, mannitol, methacrylic acid copolymer, citric acid, stearic acid, silica, hypromellose, glyceryl triacetate, sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, calcium carbonate, yellow ochre.
Direction:
For Joint Support: Take one (1) tablet six times daily in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. For Mood Support: Take one (1) tablet eight times daily in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Take with co-factors vitamins B12, B6, and folic acid.
