Ingredients:

Light the tip of the stick. Once lit, extinguish the flame immediately to allow the stick to smoulder. Place the stick on a heat resistant holder. Ensure that it will not be damaged by falling ash.

Burn in well-ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Ensure plenty of space above and around the stick incense, away from shelves, walls and any heat sources.
