Use an an inhalation to help calm and soothe the nervous system.

Ingredients:

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Bergamot (Citrus aurantium bergamia), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana), Rose Geranium (Pelargonium x asperum bourbon).

Apply 1-2 drops in palms and rub together and with closed eyes, cup hands over nose and slowly inhale 5 long breaths. Rub excess oil on mid-back to support the body's resistance to stress and fatigue. Store in a cool, dark place. Diffuse 3-6 drops with water in a non-heating ultrasonic diffuser.
