Direction:Use the Essential Synergy on your body, your hair or in olfactotherapy. Mix 1 drop of Essential Synergy with 10 drops of Pranarom virgin plant oil, a dab of cream or neutral cleansing gel. Before applying on the skin, warm the mixture between your hands, join them to cover the nose, then breathe deeply to take advantage of the benefits for the mind.
