An easy, safe natural laxative to get you going again. Vital Lax is Brenda Watsons original laxative formula with magnesium, cape aloe, rhubarb, slippery elm and other time-honored ingredients historically used to help support normal bowel elimination.

Ingredients:

Magnesium (as magnesium hydroxide), Brenda Watson's Original Lax Blend (Cape Aloe Leaf, Rhubarb Root, Slippery Elm Bark [sustainably harvested], Marshmallow Root, Triphala [blend of Chebulic Myrobalan {Terminalia chebula} fruit, Vidanga Emblica officinalis] fruit, [Terminalia bellerica] fruit). Other Ingredients: Non-GMO vegetable cellulose (capsule).

Take two (2) capsules in the evening before bedtime. Start with 1 capsule the first night then increase to 2 if needed.
